Job summary

Tremco CPG Inc. is seeking a Jr Process Engineer to support manufacturing operations and ensure products are processed per customer and division quality requirements while maintaining production flow.

The role includes overseeing the QC Lab and all QC activities at the Medina, Ohio facility. The position requires a Bachelor’s in mechanical or electrical engineering with 1+ years in manufacturing, experience with process equipment, and proficiency in SAP and Excel to analyze data, drive

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree (B.S.) in mechanical or electrical engineering.
1+ years of engineering experience in manufacturing operations.
Continuous web process and batch process equipment experience.

Responsibilities

Analyze statistical data and product specifications to determine standards and reliability objectives.
Participate in plant metric reporting.
Coordinate quality control objectives and activities to resolve production problems and minimize cost.
Prepare estimates of production costs and progress reports for management.
Design measurement and control systems for chemical plants based on laboratory data.
Use SAP to monitor production functions.
Support maintenance best practices and capital improvement plans.
Lead site metrics and KPI development and implementation.
