Qualifications

• 2-5 years in Operations, Manufacturing, Quality or Engineering.
• Proficiency with MS Office suite.
• Lean, Six Sigma, 5S, Kaizen training preferred.
• Automotive mechanics experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Implement process improvements to enhance safety and quality.
• Create shop standards and training materials.
• Lead lean initiatives and cost savings on the shop floor.
