Lynden Door is seeking a Process Analyst to improve how things work across departments. You’ll apply data analysis, process development, and automation focus, serving as an internal consultant and bridging gaps between operations and IT with ERP integration.

The role is full-time, in-office in Lynden, WA, with a strong emphasis on Lean tools, cross-functional collaboration, and delivering high-impact improvements while upholding company values of service and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant engineering or process field.
• Intermediate SQL skills and data tracing ability.
• Proficiency in technical writing and process mapping tools.
• Working knowledge of Lean Manufacturing tools (Kaizen, VSM, 5S, etc.).
• Strong facilitation and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• High emotional intelligence and change management ability.

Responsabilités

• Build trusted relationships across departments and serve needs of others.
• Partner with cross-functional teams using Lean CI tools to map, improve, document, and automate processes.
• Gather and analyze data to drive fact-based decisions reflecting multiple perspectives.
• Identify and prioritize opportunities for standardization, scalability, and efficiency.
• Bridge operations and IT, supporting ERP software and manufacturing processes.
• Develop project plans, coordinate training, and communicate status to keep initiatives on track.
