Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial/Manufacturing Engineering (or related field) or MIS/CS.
• Intermediate SQL skills and ability to trace data through database tables.
• Experience with Lean tools and process/workflow mapping.

Responsibilities

• Build trusted cross-department relationships and serve others.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to map, improve, document, and automate processes.
• Gather and analyze quantitative and qualitative data for fact-based decisions.
• Identify opportunities for standardization, scalability, and efficiency.
• Support ERP software and manufacturing business processes as IT-Operations bridge.
• Develop project plans, coordinate training, and report status.
