Job summary

Arcosa Inc. seeks a Plant Operations Leader to drive Lean initiatives, set performance goals, and improve productivity. You will train teams, analyze processes, and collaborate across departments to deliver measurable efficiency gains.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in a related field and 5+ years of progressive operational experience, with strong data analysis skills and knowledge of SAP/ERP/CRM systems. On-site with growth opportunities.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in industrial management, business or related field.
Proven ability to plan and manage operational processes for maximum efficiency and productivity.
Strong knowledge of multiple operational functions including finance, customer service, production, HR.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with plant manager to develop performance goals and long-term plans.
Serve as Lean Champion, driving high standards and leading training and improvements.
Maximize efficiency through process analysis and interdepartmental collaboration.
Set strategic goals for operational efficiency and productivity.
Analyze processes and performance; recommend improvements as needed.
Monitor systems to provide visibility into goals, progress, and obstacles.
Plan, monitor, and analyze key metrics for day-to-day plant performance.
Uphold policies and ensure compliance with regulations.
Work with HR to foster an inclusive, productive environment.
