Job summary

Arcosa is seeking an experienced operations leader to join our Tulsa plant as a senior operations and Lean champion. You will partner with the plant manager to develop performance goals, lead continuous improvement initiatives, and drive efficiency across production, finance, HR, and customer service.

You will set strategic objectives, analyze processes, mentor teams, ensure regulatory compliance, and foster an inclusive, high-performance environment while delivering measurable productivity

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business or related field required.
• 5+ years of progressive experience in an operations/Lean role.
• Strong knowledge of value-stream management, finance, customer service, HR and related functions.
• Experience with budget and business plan development preferred.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with plant manager in the development of performance goals and long-term operational plans
• Serve as the Lean Champion for the plant, driving standards for 55 by leading training and continuous improvement techniques
• Maximize efficiency and productivity through extensive process analysis and interdepartmental plant collaboration
• Set strategic goals for operational efficiency and increased productivity
• Analyze current operational processes and performance, recommending solutions for improvement when necessary
• Monitor day-to-day operational systems and processes that provide visibility into goals, progress, and obstacles for key initiatives
• Plan, monitor, and analyze key metrics for the day-to-day performance of the overall plant operation to ensure efficient and timely completion of tasks
• Uphold organizational policies and standards, ensuring legislative regulations are followed
• Work closely with human resources to lead team with integrity and establish and maintain a trusting, inclusive, and productive environment
