Job summary

Torrey Holistics in Minnesota seeks an experienced plant leader to drive supply, production, and customer service performance across the site.

You will develop and execute the plant strategy, manage budgets, oversee costs, and apply Lean daily management to elevate performance and sustain gains.

The role requires 7–10 years in manufacturing leadership, strong communication, and experience with ERP systems.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership in plant operations spanning production planning, quality control, cost reduction, supply chain, and manufacturing engineering.
• Lean manufacturing and Six Sigma experience required; ability to tailor tools to business needs.
• Experience with EH&S objectives and on-time delivery metrics is essential.

Responsibilities

• Own plant supply, production, and customer service performance for the site.
• Develop and execute the plant strategy to meet manufacturing objectives.
• Oversee Facilities/MFG Ops/Post Machining Ops/Quality Ops across the site.
• Plan, direct, and coordinate production and delivery to meet commitments.
• Monitor and control costs; manage budgets and operating plans.
• Apply Lean daily management to elevate performance and sustain gains.
