Job summary

Enprotech Industrial Technologies is seeking a Plant Manager to direct manufacturing operations, ensuring safe work practices, meeting production goals, and delivering high-quality products. You will lead EHS efforts, implement lean initiatives, and drive continuous improvement across all production areas.

The role requires a strong track record in manufacturing leadership, TPM execution, and effective communication across all levels of the organization to optimize performance and customer

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent job experience.
• Minimum of 10 years of management experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Familiar with MRO maintenance repair and overhaul business.

Responsibilities

• Direct manufacturing operations through a team of supervisors and group leaders.
• Lead plant EHS initiatives and lean programs to improve safety, quality, schedule, and efficiency.
• Develop and implement a TPM program to support equipment and machinery.
• Create a culture of continuous improvement and employee involvement.
• Provide leadership for team member relations through coaching, training, and development.
• Execute production plans to support on-time delivery and financial performance.
