Job summary

You will drive safety, quality, and productivity while building high-performing teams across Supervisors, Team Leads, and hourly staff. You will collaborate with Engineering, Maintenance, Quality, Planning, and Supply Chain to meet production targets, develop action plans, and champion Lean initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field, or equivalent leadership experience.
• 7+ years of progressive manufacturing leadership in high-volume environments.
• 3+ years leading supervisors and frontline teams.
• Proven ability to improve safety, productivity, and engagement.
• Strong Lean, CI, and operational excellence knowledge.
• Experience with OEE, throughput, labor efficiency, scrap, downtime.

Responsibilities

• Champion safety culture and ensure compliance with policies and regulations.
• Own departmental performance and drive actions to meet safety, quality, delivery, cost, and people goals.
• Lead daily production execution and monitor KPIs like OEE, throughput, scrap, and downtime.
• Develop action plans to address production challenges and improve performance.
• Coordinate resources across shifts to maximize equipment utilization.
• Coach and develop Supervisors and hourly staff; manage performance.
