Qualifications

• 2+ years manufacturing operations management experience in a LEAN environment.

Responsibilities

• Promote the STEMCO / Enpro Culture by exhibiting leadership principles.
• Meet Production Demand by coordinating safety meetings, productions, manpower, materials and training needs.
• Provide leadership to ensure a safe work environment and meet performance metrics (Safety, Quality, Production, Delivery, Cost).
• Communicate shift directions and ensure departments meet defined metrics and daily requirements.
• Support kaizen events and cost reduction activities; champion 5-S and standard work practices.
