SIG Combibloc Group Ltd is seeking a Plant Manager in Northlake, IL to lead operations, engineering, maintenance, logistics and quality teams to achieve cost, quality, and on-time delivery targets.

The role drives Lean initiatives, TPM and continuous improvement, ensuring food safety, regulatory compliance, and strong employee engagement. You will report to senior operations leadership and influence strategic manufacturing decisions.

Qualifications

• The plant manager oversees operations, quality, maintenance, and logistics to meet cost and quality targets.
• Experience leading in Lean environments and implementing TPM and OEE improvements.
• Knowledge of FDA, HACCP, and product safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Provide budgeting and planning for manufacturing and support operations.
• Lead in a Lean environment and drive continuous improvement.
• Ensure customer satisfaction and on-time performance.
• Oversee quality systems, product safety, and employee safety.
• Establish operating metrics and report to management.
• Supervise direct reports including hiring, training, and development.
