Designs, implements, and reviews procedures and equipment in the manufacturing process.
Owns and optimizes processes to improve safety, quality, and labor productivity.
Develops and debugs circuit board assembly machine programs for stencil printers, SMT, and related equipment.
Participates in new product development ensuring safety, quality, manufacturability, and cost targets.
Trains production operators to meet quality and productivity standards.
Maintains BOMs, routing, and cost structures in ERP systems.
