You'll translate schematics and BOMs into actionable floor instructions, drive root-cause analysis, and push continuous improvement to reduce scrap and cycle times, while collaborating across engineering and production teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree with 2+ years of related experience preferred.
• Equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered.
• Strong analytical and statistical skills; SPC software skills.
• Good written and verbal communication abilities.
• Ability to develop good working relationships with team members and customers.

Responsibilities

• Manufacturing Readiness & DfX: identify manufacturing routes and optimize process flows for robust PCBA output.
• System-Level Technical Interface: translate schematics, BOMs and specs into actionable floor instructions.
• Technical Problem Solving: lead root cause analysis and implement corrective actions.
• Continuous Improvement: drive efficiency, reduce scrap and optimize cycle times.
