Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience in food, beverage or pharmaceutical manufacturing.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Knowledge of safety procedures, GMPs and company SOPs.
• Experience organizing training for production staff.
• Lean manufacturing background is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead production employees with staffing, motivation and morale.
• Coordinate with Maintenance to keep equipment at peak efficiency.
• Maintain target production efficiency and contribute to plant efficiency.
• Communicate with teams and manage performance measures and action plans.
• Analyze production data to identify trends and implement corrective actions.
