Job summary

Ilocatum is seeking a Packaging Supervisor with proven leadership experience in food, beverage, or pharmaceutical manufacturing to oversee production teams and staffing levels. You will train and develop staff on safety procedures, GMPs, and company SOPs, resolve conflicts, and coordinate with Maintenance to keep equipment running efficiently while driving continuous improvement and production metrics.

Bachelor’s degree preferred; strong lean manufacturing background is a plus, and you will

Qualifications

• Must have prior experience in food, beverage or pharmaceutical manufacturing.
• Experience leading production teams and staffing.
• Experience organizing training to ensure safety and GMP/SOP compliance.
• Ability to coordinate with Maintenance for equipment uptime.

Responsibilities

• Provide all aspects of Team leadership to Production employees.
• Coach the Production team to achieve objectives and deliver results.
• Analyze production reports to identify adverse trends and create corrective actions.
• Solidify open communication with employees and support departments.
• Implement organizational and operational principles.
