Job summary

Calqulate Metrics Ltd in McDonough, GA seeks a Packaging Supervisor with prior experience in food, beverage or pharmaceutical manufacturing to lead production teams, manage staffing, training, safety procedures and GMP/SOP compliance.

You will coordinate with maintenance to keep equipment running, drive lean initiatives, monitor production efficiency targets, and communicate with Team Leaders to resolve issues and improve results.

Qualifications

• Experience in food, beverage, or pharmaceutical manufacturing.
• Ability to lead production teams and staffing levels.
• Experience implementing GMPs, SOPs and safety procedures.
• Conflict resolution and disciplinary actions when required.

Responsibilities

• Lead production team staffing and morale.
• Organize employee training and ensure safety and GMP/SOP adherence.
• Coordinate with Maintenance to keep equipment operational.
• Maintain production efficiency targets for lines and plant.
• Hold regular meetings with Team Leaders to review actions and recognize successes.
• Analyze production data to identify trends and implement corrective actions.
