Job summary

Swiss American CDMO in Carrollton, TX is seeking a Production Supervisor to manage daily production operations, ensure safety and quality, and coach production teams.

You will drive continuous improvement, track KPIs, coordinate with maintenance, QA, and supply chain, and maintain accurate documentation to meet FDA, GMP, and OSHA guidelines.

Candidates should have 2-5 years supervisory experience in manufacturing, packaging ops, and strong communication; bilingual English/Spanish preferred.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years of experience in a supervisory role within manufacturing/production.
• 1-2 years of experience in packaging operations.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to communicate with different levels of the organization.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills with data interpretation.
• Familiarity with ERP or MES systems.
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily production activities to meet output, quality, and safety targets.
• Lead shift meetings and track KPIs such as yield, cycle time, scrap rate, downtime, and safety incidents.
• Collaborate with maintenance, quality, sanitation, and materials to troubleshoot bottlenecks.
• Ensure compliance with FDA, GMP, and OSHA guidelines and maintain documentation.
• Mentor and develop staff; participate in training and performance reviews.
