Job summary

RXinsider LTD. seeks a production supervisor to oversee machine operations and support duties across multiple shifts. The role requires ensuring GMP compliance, accurate batch records, and proper changeovers while guiding a team of production staff.

The ideal candidate has supervisory experience in manufacturing, strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to train and cross-train personnel to maintain efficient lines and high quality products in Columbia, SC.

Qualifications

• Experience supervising production teams in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong communication skills for collaboration with peers and supervisors.
• Detail orientation and accuracy in batch/record keeping and documentation.
• Knowledge of current GMP requirements and SOP adherence.
• Experience training and cross-training personnel to maintain line staffing.

Responsibilities

• Oversee production machine operations and assist with related duties.
• Ensure lines run within time guidelines, manage changeovers, and verify lot numbers and expiration dates.
• Review Batch and Lot Records to meet GMP requirements with required signatures.
• Monitor attendance, timecards, vacations, and staff scheduling to meet production needs.
• Perform administrative duties including personnel roster and line scheduling.
