Job summary

Pretium Packaging, L.L.C. in Carrollton, TX, seeks an onsite Quality Supervisor to drive product quality on the plant floor and lead a team of inspectors and technicians.

You will work closely with the Quality Manager and Operations to develop quality strategies, ensure GMP, CGMP, BRCGS compliance, and HACCP programs, and continuously improve processes in a fast-paced plastics manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing setting.
• Fluent reading/writing/speaking of Spanish is required.
• Bachelor-level degree in quality engineering or quality management.
• Strong knowledge of GMP, CGMP, BRCGS and HACCP food safety programs.
• Six Sigma Green Belt or higher.
• Data-driven problem solving with proficiency in quality tools.

Responsibilities

• Drive quality strategies aligned with plant and company goals.
• Lead audits internal, customer, and third-party.
• Ensure regulatory and customer standards compliance; maintain audit readiness.
• Develop people and culture within the quality team.
• Partner with Operations, Engineering, and Supply Chain to improve performance.
• Own food safety programs including HACCP and validation processes.
