Job summary

Schneider Electric in Lincoln, Nebraska is seeking an Operations Supervisor to lead QO/HOM Breaker assembly across 3 shifts, ensuring safety, on-time delivery, and world-class quality. You will coach hourly employees, implement Lean initiatives, and foster continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of manufacturing operations leadership experience overseeing 100-300 hourly employees.
• Experience applying Lean Manufacturing methodologies across multiple shifts.
• Solid understanding of OSHA guidelines and safety culture.
• Ability to drive employee engagement through effective leadership and communication.
• ISO experience is preferred.
• Strong organizational and analytical skills with a results-driven mindset.
• Proficient with data analysis in MRP systems and cloud platforms (Tableau/AVEVA).

Responsibilities

• Plan, supervise, and direct daily production operations across 3 shifts.
• Utilize resources to achieve production and quality objectives.
• Coordinate with supervisors to ensure smooth interdepartmental product flow and staffing needs.
• Instruct, train, orient, motivate, and assist employees to achieve objectives.
• Diagnose tooling and equipment malfunctions with managers and maintenance.
• Lead lean initiatives and implement world-class techniques.
• Ensure safety, quality, lean manufacturing, and customer service alignment.
