Job summary

LALA US in Omaha, NE is seeking a 1st Shift Operations Superintendent to oversee daily production activities in a highly automated facility. You will lead frontline supervisors, manage resources, and drive safe, efficient production workflows across the plant.

The role emphasizes safety, quality, and continuous improvement, with accountability for meeting targets, coordinating with maintenance, engineering, logistics, QA, and other departments, and presenting performance to leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in operations management, engineering, business, or related field.
• 5+ years of operations experience, with 2+ years in a supervisory role.
• Strong leadership, safety, and regulatory knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations to meet production targets.
• Coordinate with maintenance, engineering, logistics, QA and other departments.
• Monitor performance and implement corrective actions.
• Lead workforce planning, scheduling, and development.
• Prepare operational reports for leadership.
• Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and quality.
