Job summary

Clarios is seeking an Operational Excellence Manager to transform manufacturing results by applying lean principles across multiple sites. You will serve as a facilitator, educator, advocate, consultant, and accountability partner to support staff in Operations, Engineering, and Functional Groups.

You will develop strategy roadmaps, conduct CI training, drive annual savings targets, and establish KPI baselines while sharing best practices regionally.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• Minimum 5 years as a leader in a mature lean organization.
• At least 5 years of working in a manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop & Drive Operational Excellence strategy roadmaps to ensure execution.
• Conduct training and education regarding CI tools and methodologies
• Accountable for the execution and savings annual target for the Fiscal Year of the plants under its responsibility.
• Conduct monthly OEX reviews across the facilities you support.
• Establish KPI baselines and share best practices throughout the region.
