Job summary

ALOM is a global, high-volume supply chain solutions company seeking a senior operations leader to drive production excellence across fulfillment and manufacturing. You will mentor teams, implement digital transformation, and maintain world-class quality and efficiency in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires strong cross-functional collaboration, ISO/QMS/CAPA knowledge, and extensive experience in automated and manual assembly.

Qualifications

• Superior communications and cooperative skills to work with Production and crossfunctional teams.
• Proven success supervising a diverse workforce and managing varying demands.
• ISO knowledge; support for QMS and CAPA systems.
• Experience writing processes and work instructions.
• Aptitude with WMS and ERP systems.
• Ability to drive lean management and productivity improvements.
• Minimum four years in high-volume automated and manual assembly environments.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage teams of technical resources to achieve daily and long-term production goals.
• Direct targeted learning and development for all production staff.
• Drive production activities to meet goals while minimizing costs and sustaining revenue.
• Analyze customer SLAs, forecasts, open orders, and plans for equipment and staffing.
• Optimize production line layout and material flow for maximum efficiency.
• Maintain high production management standards and continuous process improvements.
• Establish lean management principles across operations.
• Ensure safety and regulatory compliance in all activities.
• Hire, train, evaluate, and supervise production staff including leads and temporary workers.
• Coordinate handoffs with other departments and document control.
