Job summary

FPC of Savannah, Greenwood, MS seeks an Operations Manager to optimize end-to-end production by eliminating waste and maximizing efficiency. You will lead cross-functional teams to improve SQDC using lean methodologies, acting as the architect of product flow.

Each line has 12-24 employees, total headcount not to exceed 60. Responsibilities include establishing standards, safety culture, value stream mapping, and sustaining operational excellence.

Qualifications

• 3–6+ years of manufacturing supervisory experience.
• Strong foundation in lean/continuous improvement.
• BSIE/BSME with LSSGB preferred; experience weighed over degree.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain standards for accuracy, productivity and reliability.
• Culture & Safety: Demonstrate safe & conscious work habits while driving engagement.
• Value Stream Mapping: Create current/future state maps to eliminate waste.
• Operational Excellence: Lead daily operations to meet schedules, quality and safety goals.
• Continuous Improvement: Implement lean techniques to reduce lead times and improve flow.
• Performance Metrics: Monitor KPIs to identify bottlenecks and drive actions.
