Job summary

OBE seeks a hands-on Service Center Manager to lead a facility with a strong focus on safety, efficiency and performance. You will coach on safe work practices, drive Lean initiatives, manage cost and production planning, and own financial performance.

The role requires 5+ years in the industry with prior people management and a Bachelor's in Management or related field. Competitive pay and comprehensive benefits are included.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of relevant industry experience, including prior people management experience.
• Strong financial acumen with P&L, budgeting, forecasting and expense control.
• Clear communicator with strong interpersonal skills across all levels.

Responsibilities

• Championing safety: Drive a safe working environment and ensure compliance with safety programs.
• Leading continuous improvement: Drive Lean Manufacturing initiatives (5S, Kanban, Visual Factory).
• Managing cost & efficiency: Oversee materials, inventory, labor and supply costs.
• Owning financial performance: Set and meet annual sales goals and budgets.
• Delivering results customers can count on: Achieve best-in-market lead times and OTIF/CSI benchmarks.
