LU-VE Group in Jacksonville, TX, is seeking a detail-oriented Lean Process Technician to support continuous improvement, optimize production flow, and maintain standardized manufacturing processes.

You will work with Production, Quality, Maintenance, and Engineering to identify inefficiencies, conduct time studies, and help implement Lean practices, 5S, and Kaizen across the line. The role requires basic data gathering, SAP record-keeping, and collaboration on line improvements.

Formación

• Technical certification or Associate degree in Manufacturing Technology or related field.
• 1–3 years of manufacturing or process-improvement experience.
• Basic understanding of Lean Manufacturing, 5S, and continuous improvement.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Office applications.
• Ability to collect, analyze, and document production data.

Responsabilidades

• Support Lean Manufacturing initiatives, including 5S, Kaizen, and continuous improvement activities.
• Monitor production processes and identify opportunities to improve efficiency, quality, and workflow.
• Conduct time studies, collect production data, and assist with process evaluations.
• Assist in developing and maintaining standard operating procedures (SOPs) and work instructions.
• Support efforts to reduce scrap, rework, downtime, and material waste.
• Utilize SAP to review production information, track process performance, and maintain accurate records.
• Assist with production line improvements, workstation organization, and equipment layout optimization.
• Collaborate with production supervisors and engineering teams to implement process improvements.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and prepare basic production efficiency reports.
• Support employee training on standardized work procedures and Lean Manufacturing practices.
