Job summary

Stfrancis is seeking a proactive manufacturing professional focused on continuous improvement. The role involves applying lean principles, conducting cycle time analyses, and supporting line balancing and PFEP initiatives to optimize production flow.

You will collaborate on kaizen events, develop visual management standards, and help design efficient inbound to outbound material routes across the production environment in Murfreesboro, TN.

Qualifications

• Proactive and analytical mindset with strong attention to detail.
• Interest in manufacturing operations, lean principles, and process improvement.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Advanced Excel skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Support continuous improvement initiatives to optimize production processes and efficiency.
• Conduct cycle time studies to identify bottlenecks and assist line balancing.
• Participate in kaizen events and continuous improvement projects.
• Assist in PFEP development, inventory levels, and visual management standards.
• Help design material delivery routes between inbound warehouse, subassemblies, lines, and outbound logistics.
