Job summary

CRH Americas Building Products is seeking a results‑driven manufacturing professional to lead lean process improvements and capital projects across the Mid Atlantic region, with 75–90% travel to NC, PA, CT and NY.

Based near one of our plants in Concord, Raleigh, Fuquay, Fayetteville, Avon, Telford, or Croydon, you will partner with Production, Engineering, Quality, and Safety to boost profitability, throughput and quality.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of manufacturing experience in precast or related field.
• Applied lean manufacturing techniques to improve production.
• Experience with ERP/MRP and project management tools.

Responsibilities

• Develop, evaluate and improve production methods using lean tools and quality standards.
• Identify opportunities for regional improvements with operations and sales teams.
• Provide training and mentoring to plant teams on lean initiatives and kaizen.
• Lead capital projects and ROI analyses with operations teams.
