Job summary

Eos Energy Enterprises, Inc. is seeking a Materials Supervisor to lead a materials team in Edison, NJ. The role encompasses supervision, inventory control, warehouse operations, ERP integrity from receipt to customer, and shipping/receiving oversight.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's in supply chain or engineering and at least 5 years of relevant experience, with a preference for lean manufacturing knowledge and CPIM/CMQ/OE credentials.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in supply chain, engineering, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Supervise a team of materials employees, including scheduling, completing performance reviews, issuing corrective action, training, timecard approvals.
• Oversee all inventory processes including development and implementation of cycle count program.
• Oversee warehouse operations and transactional integrity for material in ERP from receipt to consumption to customer.
• Oversee shipping/receiving activities and assist with quarterly/yearly physical inventory counts.
• Lead KPI creation and tracking; contribute to EH&S objectives; drive continuous improvement.
