Job summary

Eos Energy Storage seeks a materials leader to supervise a team, manage inventory and ensure ERP integrity from receipt to consumption. The role emphasizes lean principles, cost control, and continuous improvement in a high-demand storage solutions environment.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in materials leadership, a Bachelor's in a related field, and knowledge of lean manufacturing; CPIM or CMQ/OE is a plus. On-site role with focus on efficient, compliant operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in supply chain, engineering, or related field.
• Minimum of five years of experience in materials leadership.
• Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles.
• CPIM (APICS) or CMQ/OE credential is highly desired.

Responsibilities

• Supervise materials team: scheduling, reviews, corrective action, training, and timecards.
• Oversee inventory processes and cycle count program.
• Manage warehouse operations and ensure ERP integrity from receipt to consumption.
• Oversee shipping and receiving activities.
• Assist with quarterly and yearly physical inventory counts.
• Lead hiring, training, evaluation, retention and termination responsibilities.
• Create and track key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Support EH&S objectives by identifying root causes and corrective actions.
• Foster continuous improvement to reduce waste and boost efficiency.
• Adopt lean principles and reduce working capital waste.
• Plan lean manufacturing to meet market demand with high-quality output.
• Use just-in-time inventory methods to streamline processes.
• Participate in budget prep and monitor expenditures.
• Lead production meetings to discuss targets vs actuals and updates to MPS.
