Job summary

MasterBrand Cabinets LLC in North Las Vegas is seeking a Materials Manager to lead receiving, storage and replenishment for a $100m kitchen cabinet plant. You will implement lean practices, optimize material flow and mentor a 20–25 person team to achieve safety, quality and on-time production.

Responsibilities include 3PL coordination, space planning, inventory accuracy and backorder recovery, with a data-driven approach to continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations Management, Industrial Engineering or Supply Chain Management.
• Minimum of 3 years’ management experience in manufacturing, warehousing or distribution.
• Experience with Lean Management.
• Experience with warehouse management systems.
• Expertise with Excel and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Oversee receiving, put away, storage and inventory control.
• Lead backorder recovery, space planning and 3PL management.
• Manage picking and replenishment to ensure on-time delivery.
• Achieve safety, quality, productivity, cost and inventory accuracy goals.
• Implement lean practices and standard work; drive continuous improvement.
