Responsibilities

• Promote clean, safe work areas throughout the plant and monitor for hazards.
• Assist with administering attendance and performance policies.
• Maintain employee morale by projecting a positive company image.
• Communicate with employees regularly.
• Assist in allocating daily staffing by reviewing workload and actions needed.
• Help train and coach new and existing associates in their department.
• Participate in safety and training activities to improve effectiveness.
• Maintain production process skills and keep up to date with requirements.
• Other duties as assigned.
