Job summary

Parker Hannifin Corporation is seeking a Division Materials Manager in Irvine, CA to lead materials management across the division, driving Lean initiatives and coordinating with suppliers, planners, and IT to ensure efficient flow of materials and information from customers through order fulfillment.

Responsibilities include deploying standard work, forecasting, and optimizing inventory, while promoting safety and engagement across the team.

Qualifications

• Analytical and technical skills to understand business practices and automation opportunities.
• Proficiency in MRP and Microsoft Programs.
• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills for interface with internal/external contacts.
• Understanding of lean enterprise principles and practices.

Responsibilities

• Deploy Management Standard Work.
• Lead SIOP and capacity expansion initiatives.
• Oversee materials management for the division, liaising with suppliers and IT.
• Manage inventory, fulfillment, and data accuracy across value streams.
• Support safe work environment and promote lean practices.
