Job summary

Parker Hannifin is seeking a Division Materials Manager in Irvine, CA to lead the division's materials management, coordinating with suppliers and internal partners to ensure reliable material flow and lean execution. The role reports to the Division Supply Chain Manager and emphasizes strategic planning, inventory control, and process improvements.

The ideal candidate will have 6–8+ years in lean materials management, a bachelor’s degree in a related field, and preferably an MBA.

Qualifications

• Analytical and technical skills to understand business practices and automation opportunities.
• Proficiency in MRP and Microsoft Office.
• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication for internal/external contacts.
• Understanding of lean enterprise principles and practices.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute materials management strategies for the division.
• Lead a materials management team and coordinate with suppliers, planners, and IT.
• Manage inventory, forecast demand, and ensure optimal material flow.
