Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily start-up and plan execution.
• Maintain 6S and visual boards for performance.
• Drive Kaizen and continuous improvement efforts.
• Ensure safety, quality, and delivery targets are met.
• Mentor team members and perform back-up duties as needed.
