Job summary

M-B Companies, an Aebi Schmidt brand located in New Holstein, WI, is seeking a Value Stream Manager to supervise assembly of vehicles, attachments, and sub‑components. You will manage cell inventory, ensure parts/tools availability, and collaborate with engineering/quality to optimize TAKT time and reduce waste.

The ideal candidate has lean manufacturing experience, strong welding and fabrication knowledge, and proficiency with ERP/PDM systems.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge and experience in welding.
• Knowledge of machining and fabricating.
• Lean Manufacturing environment and TAKT times.
• Lead Lean activities within the organization.
• Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with PDM/ERP (Windchill/Epicor).
• Monitor schedules/metrics and progress toward takt goals.
• Maintain safe working environment per EHS regulations.
