Job summary

Trane Technologies is seeking a Production Supervisor at our Clarksville, Tennessee facility to lead daily production shift operations, ensuring safety, quality, and efficiency in a high-volume, lean environment.

You will collaborate with cross-functional leaders and support training, initiative communication, and continuous improvement efforts while contributing to plant objectives on site in Clarksville.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• BA/BS degree or equivalent work experience preferred.
• 1+ years of manufacturing experience.
• Strong problem-solving and conflict management skills.
• Effective communication skills and a collaborative, team-oriented approach.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily production shift operations with a focus on safety, quality, cost, delivery, and output.
• Monitor material usage to help maintain smooth and efficient production flow.
• Identify and support process improvement opportunities that advance plant goals and ongoing programs.
• Partner with leaders across Operations, Quality, HR, Finance, Materials, Engineering, and Continuous Improvement.
• Communicate team goals and plant-wide initiatives clearly and consistently.
• Support employee training, development, and positive employee relations.
