Job summary

Vaupell is seeking a Manufacturing Supervisor to oversee daily team operations, ensure quality, and drive efficiency on the shop floor. You will monitor processes, manage scrap and schedule adherence, and lead safety investigations while enforcing company SOPs.

The role requires 2+ years of supervisory manufacturing experience, 4+ years in manufacturing, and proficiency with ERP systems and MS Office. Strong communication and leadership skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Associate degree preferred, or equivalent manufacturing experience.
• Minimum 2 years supervisory experience in manufacturing.
• Minimum 4 years manufacturing experience.
• Experience with ERP systems and MS Office.
• Strong leadership and quality control focus.
• Must be able to read and follow instructions in English.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and optimize machine processes to ensure high quality production with minimal downtime.
• Drive continuous improvement by identifying optimization opportunities and implementing solutions.
• Ensure team members follow job instructions and are trained on expectations.
• Lead daily meetings and assign tasks to team members.
• Collaborate with Quality, Engineers, and Techs to resolve production issues.
