Job summary

STRATTEC Security Corporation seeks a Production Supervisor to oversee daily manufacturing operations, ensuring safety, quality and on-time production. You will manage personnel, assets, and inventory while driving KPI achievement and continuous improvement.

You will lead a 5S/Kaizen culture, coordinate with engineering and quality teams, and mentor hourly staff to meet production goals and cost targets in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Experience leading personnel and Kaizen and 5S implementations.
• Familiarity with adhering and maintaining quality systems (TS experience preferred).

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily operations of manufacturing departments, focusing on safety, quality, personnel, assets, inventory, KPIs and production.
• Maintain 5S culture and drive continuous improvement in safety and housekeeping.
• Coach and develop team, manage schedule adherence, and control overtime and costs.
• Interface with engineering and quality teams to ensure processes follow standards and certifications.
