Job summary

The role oversees work schedules, quality, employee performance and safety, driving lean practices and Heijunka across the plant. A 4-year degree and 3–5 years of supervisory experience are required, with strong analytical and IT skills preferred.

Qualifications

• 4-year college degree in business, engineering, or materials management.
• Certification in supply chain management preferred.
• Analytical and technical skills to understand business practices.
• Intermediate to advanced computer skills; MS products required.
• Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication.

Responsibilities

• Plan, schedule, and monitor material movement to meet demand.
• Oversee flow of materials, schedules, and output quality.
• Ensure on-time delivery and safe operations.
• Maintain production schedules and resources.
• Train and develop hourly staff; conduct reviews.
• Monitor inventory levels and generate reports.
• Own Heijunka system and communicate progress.
• Apply visual management for plans and improvements.
