Job summary

Watson in Poulsbo, Washington, is seeking a Maintenance and Process Manager to lead manufacturing engineering and maintenance teams at the on-site Orchard facility. The role focuses on machine readiness, process design, automation, and reliable production.

You will oversee lean-driven improvements, TPM practices, and data-backed decisions to improve uptime, throughput, and safety in a growing, automated factory. This is a full-time, on-site position with strong career development opportunities.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in manufacturing or process engineering or maintenance leadership.
• Strong grounding in lean and TPS on the floor.
• Hands-on knowledge of mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems with CNC/PLC familiarity.
• Experience running a PM program in CMMS and using ERP and production data to identify constraints.
• Working knowledge of LOTO, NFPA 70E, and OSHA machine safety.
• Ability to translate technical detail into plain language for leadership and floor.
• NPI and reliability-centered maintenance experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead Manufacturing Engineering to design, automate and standardize processes.
• Oversee Maintenance and Reliability, implementing predictive maintenance and TPM practices.
• Manage and develop Manufacturing Engineers and technicians; build cross-trained teams.
• Lead projects from scoping through commissioning, ensuring on-time delivery and budget.
