Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing, Mechanical, Industrial, or related field.
• Experience in manufacturing engineering or process improvement preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement.
• Ability to work independently in cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop, improve, and standardize manufacturing processes for safety, quality, productivity, and cost.
• Collaborate with Production and other departments to resolve issues.
• Lead Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Analyze production data, cycle times, capacity, and performance for improvements.
• Create and maintain process documentation, work instructions, routings, and standards.
• Support new product introductions and process changes.
• Evaluate equipment, tooling, fixtures, and processes for improvements.
• Support production trials, installations, and validations.
• Identify root causes of problems and implement corrective actions.
• Assist with ECRs/ECOs and other manufacturing changes.
• Work hands-on in production and provide technical support.
