Qualifications

• Bachelor's or higher in Engineering, Operations or Business Management.
• 7–10 years of experience in operations/maintenance/engineering with leadership.
• Lean environment experience; Six Sigma or quality standards familiarity.

Responsibilities

• Ensure high-quality, cost-effective production within budget.
• Lead Lean initiatives and drive continuous improvement.
• Manage facility P&L and review key performance indicators.
• Steer strategic planning including cost reductions and capital planning.
• Oversee safety, quality, scheduling, production, maintenance and admin functions.
• Foster a safe, clean, and efficient operation and regulatory compliance.
• Conduct talent reviews, training, and performance feedback for staff.
• Coordinate weekly staff meetings and plant communications.
