Job summary

Adecco is seeking an Operations Manager for Big Lake, MN, to direct manufacturing through shipping, ensuring SQDIC goals are met. The role requires a bachelor’s degree or 8+ years in manufacturing with supervisory experience, plus LEAN, ISO, and strong leadership.

This on-site, full-time position offers a $120k–$150k salary with bonus potential and comprehensive benefits, and requires overseeing a workforce and CI initiatives with cross-functional coupling to Engineering.

Qualifications

• Bachelor or 8+ years in manufacturing with supervision experience.
• Experience leading LEAN manufacturing initiatives.
• Broad knowledge of machining practices and manufacturing processes.
• Experience with ISO environment and compliant manufacturing.

Responsibilities

• Direct manufacturing processes to meet SQDIC goals.
• Supervise staff and oversee workforce planning and development.
• Schedule machines to maximize efficiency and profitability.
• Perform capacity analysis and advise on capacity expansion.
• Write capital expenditures for equipment needed for capacity or replacement.
• Lead Continuous Improvement activities with Engineering and enforce safety and policies.
