Job summary

The Adecco Group is seeking a Site Manager to lead a shift on a large manufacturing site in Michigan. You will oversee supervisors, technicians and operators, ensure adherence to procedures, and drive safety, quality and productivity.

You will coach staff, maintain equipment, analyze production data, and implement continuous improvement. A Bachelor's degree and 5+ years supervisory experience in manufacturing are preferred, with strong communication, problem-solving and Lean/Six Sigma knowledge.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field, or equivalent experience.
• 1–3 years supervisory/management experience of production staff.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Drive staff performance by setting expectations, planning, and evaluating results.
• Coach, train, and motivate entry level employees.
• Develop staff through training and growth opportunities.
• Maintain quality by enforcing standards and procedures.
• Oversee equipment maintenance and evaluate new tech.
