Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of machining and supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong familiarity with lathe, milling, and saw shop equipment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ERP/MRP systems.
• Knowledge of Quality Management Systems, ISO standards, and OSHA requirements.
• Experience with Lean and 5S methodologies preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assign, prioritize, and schedule daily departmental activities while mentoring personnel.
• Promote a culture of continuous improvement and accountability across the facility.
• Create and manage production schedules using ERP/MRP software.
• Coordinate workflow and identify cost-reduction strategies.
• Drive quality outputs that exceed customer expectations.
