Stulz is seeking a Results-driven Production Lead to support the foreman in daily operations, optimize workflows, and guide cross-functional teams to hit production targets.

The role emphasizes safety, quality, and continuous improvement, with responsibilities including training, scheduling, and coordinating with engineering for tooling and jigs. Strong leadership and hands-on problem-solving are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years manufacturing experience.
• Fluency with SAP or similar MRP system.
• Fluency with Microsoft Office suite.
• Familiarity with high-volume and highly custom production environments.

Responsibilities

• Check callout line and walk the floor daily to monitor attendance and team presence.
• Ensure all employees are clocked into the correct jobs.
• Walk the line to ensure work is being performed efficiently and safely.
• Assist with router times and final confirmations.
• Work with material handlers/expeditors to ensure parts are stocked and correct on the line.
• Fill in for material handlers/expeditors when absent.
• Scrub BOMs and review sales orders and blueprints with Foreman.
• Be available to assist team members with questions, issues, and conflict resolution.
