Job summary

Prysmian Group in Kentucky seeks a dynamic Operations Leader to guide manufacturing processes, ensuring safe, efficient, on-time production aligned with cost targets. You will drive Lean initiatives, 6S, and continuous improvement across the plant, while mentoring teams and managing key KPIs for sustained performance.

The role requires 5+ years in manufacturing management, a relevant Bachelor's degree, and strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, applied science, business, organizational management or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in manufacturing management.
• Demonstrated knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and Continuous Improvement concepts.
• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt preferred; SAP experience desired.

Responsibilities

• Lead operations to meet safety, quality, delivery, and cost targets.
• Drive 6S, Lean initiatives, and Kaizen events to improve performance.
• Own KPIs: safety, productivity, waste, quality, on-time delivery, and customer service.
• Develop and mentor cell coordinators and associates; foster ownership and accountability.
• Promote data-driven decision making and continuous improvement across the plant.
