Job summary

Muncie Power Products is seeking a Manufacturing Manager in Tulsa, OK. This full-time role leads Lean Enterprise initiatives, supervises machinists, and drives process improvements in a fast-paced environment.

The manager ensures safety, quality, and on-time delivery while building cross-functional teamwork. The ideal candidate has CNC machining experience, Lean Enterprise training, and strong leadership with excellent communication skills.

Qualifications

• Four year degree or six years of related education and experience in a manufacturing environment (CNC machining experience is required).
• Lead or Supervisory experience is a plus.
• Formally trained in Lean Enterprise principles.
• Ability to read and interpret drawings, sketches, notes and blueprints.

Responsibilities

• Lead development, implementation, and maintenance of Lean Enterprise system.
• Supervise machinist activities and process improvement in Tulsa Facility.
• Ensure safety, quality, and on-time delivery targets are met.
• Develop value stream maps and plan future state improvements.
• Mentor teams in lean techniques and problem solving.
