The Tulsa Employee Benefits Group is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer to lead capital projects, CNC programming, and automation initiatives within a high‑productivity manufacturing setting. The role focuses on safety, quality, throughput, and cost reduction through advanced manufacturing technologies.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in CNC/advanced manufacturing, hands-on process optimization, and experience delivering capital projects from concept to implementation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in manufacturing or related engineering field.
• 5+ years of manufacturing engineering experience in CNC or advanced manufacturing.
• Experience managing capital projects from concept through implementation.
• Experience implementing automation and process improvement initiatives.
• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt; PMP certification a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead capital expenditure (CAPEX) projects from concept through commissioning, startup and acceptance.
• Develop and optimize CNC machining programs and processes; improve cycle times and machine utilization.
• Identify and implement automation projects across robotics, cobots, vision systems, and material handling.
• Lead Lean/Six Sigma initiatives; drive OEE, throughput, and waste reduction.
• Provide technical leadership and mentor operators, technicians, and engineers.
